Shopkeeper Vishnu says that devotees coming to Tripolia temple stop here and demand Matka Kulfi, Rabri and Faluda.
Vishnu, the owner of Ganpati Ice Cream located in the city’s Bajaja Bazaar, said, ‘Our shop has been operating for about 15 years. Here our specialty is Lachhedar Rabri and Rabri Faluda. Which is not prepared by any artisans, but by ourselves. People are liking it a lot. Vishnu told that Rabdi is made in 5 kg of milk paddy. Cream is removed and sugar and special cardamom powder are added to it. To make it better, dry fruits are added to it. The famous Matka Kulfi of our place is also in demand. It has also become a meeting place for the devotees coming to Tripolia Shiv Temple after around 7 pm.
Different taste comes from pure milk
Vishnu told that there is a lot of space available for Rabri in Alwar. But the specialty of our place is that we do not prepare rabdi with our own hands, but with the help of artisans. To make matka kulfi special, more mawa is added. So that people like it. By taking good quality milk, the taste of Rabri also gets enhanced. Apart from the devotees coming to Tripolia temple, people from every corner of the city come to our shop to eat Rabri Faluda and Matka Kulfi.
